It had to happen... American researchers have shown that a reduction of about 25% in daily calorie consumption for six months had positive effects on several biochemical and cellular indicators of aging in humans.

In short, the less you eat, the longer you last.

The irony is that this study appeared in the Journal of the American Medical Association, a country where obesity rates are so high that it's tipping the world.

But it is also from the USA that a form of underhanded globalization comes from: the stereotypes of beauty that enrich the plastic surgeons of all continents.

I'll let you guess what happens next. Or rather, I'll show you a part of the future, with the cover of a famous women's magazine, to be published in a few years.

Bon appétit, and all my wishes for a long life!
